They don't hold candle light vigils, hug their inner children and shuffle home with their tails between their legs, they demand justice by any means necessary. Nothing makes for honest police forces like a pissed off populace putting the fear of G-d back into their law enforcement's vocabulary.
Americans once upon a time used to be the standard bearers for liberty; now they've abandoned that moral position in favor of their post-9/11 dreams of techno-Stalinist world dominion. But at least the rest of the world hasn't forgotten what standing up for your rights means. Give 'em hell, Greeks! Show the sniveling elitist scumbags and their tin-horn rent-a-cop enforcers what you get for promoting injustice and committing atrocities!

S'funny, though, that the Romans took them over & assimilated every attribute of their "democratic" civilisation then, innit?
That was over 2,000 years ago; Rome (now Italy) couldn't do it again during World War II without Nazi Germany's help. So yes, I think the Greeks have come a long way since then.
